Highland Garden Tours can meet and greet with you and your party as you disembark from your cruise. If you only have a small amount of time, a half or full day will be enough for you to experience some of our wonderful Highland landscapes and gardens, all in the comfort our luxurious SUV. Join us as we journey through majestic scenery to either unique coastal gardens from Ullapool or formal castles gardens and a whiskey distillery from Invergordon. You can be assured of a warm welcome and a relaxed and informal horticultural experience.

Ullapool Harbour - Half Day

Enjoy a stunning journey along the shores of several Western Highlands lochs and bays and take in a pristine coastal landscape dotted with rocky beaches and traditional Scottish villages. At Inverewe Garden, step into a surprisingly verdant subtropical world.

Ullapool Harbour - Full Day

A full day excursion to enjoy a plant lovers paradise exploring some stunning gardens on the West Coast. We will journey along the famous North Coast 500 route, one of the most scenic and evocatively beautiful to be found in Scotland.

Invergordon Harbour - Dunrobin Castle

Full day excursion to Dunrobin Castle with its beautiful Victorian Walled Garden and museum. Then travel to Dornoch to visit the Cathedral and witness the stunning 360-degree views of the Dornoch Firth. Finally take in a tour of the world famous Glenmorangie Distillery and sample a wee drop of the “Water of Life”.

Invergordon Harbour - Cawdor Castle

Visit the beautiful and historic Cawdor Castle and Gardens. Linked with Shakespeare’s Macbeth, we will explore how the castle came to be and the legend of the holly tree that can still be seen. The castle is steeped in intrigue and history whilst the gardens are stunning.
